Notice to Members of Machine Social
After careful deliberation, it has been decided to retire the Machine Social club, effective 11th June 2024. All future membership subscriptions have been cancelled.

If you wish to join another club, we have outlined the process for transferring your membership below:
HOW TO CHANGE CLUB / ASSOCIATION
To transfer your Club Permit vehicle to another approved club, please gather the following documents:
- A signed letter from you (the Club Permit holder), advising of the change and listing any Club Permit vehicles that you want to link to the new club.
- A Vehicle Eligibility and Standards Declaration for Club Permit Vehicles form [PDF here] for each vehicle from the new nominated club.
- A letter from an office bearer at the new club confirming that you are a current member.
- IMPORTANT: Please note that a certificate of roadworthiness (RWC) is not required to transfer your current club permit vehicle to another approved club.
- You do not need any documentation from Machine Social.

If the Club Permit holder is a Company/Incorporated association, the letter confirming financial membership should be made out to the Company/Incorporated association and not a representative.
Once you have compiled the necessary documents, please take them to a VicRoads Customer Service Centre to submit your change of car club/association.
