How to renew your Club Permit with Machine Social
VicRoads will mail your club permit renewal notice to you five to six weeks before expiry. The renewal notice will be for your existing period of use (45 or 90 days).
To renew your permit, make sure your Machine Social Membership is update, then;

Once you’e checked that your Machine Social Membership is update, then;
Simply Log in to your account, Click the Permit Renewal section and fill out your Club Permit Endorsement Form directly in your account dashboard! Once submitted, confirm your submission via the email in your inbox – and you’re done! Our Club Representative will swiftly approve it, and voila! You’ll receive a downloadable copy via email. You can then pay your Permit Fees online via VicRoads.

To get your renewal processed – fill out a Club Permit Endorsement Form and upload via our contact form or email us directly. Your endorsement form will be signed and emailed back to you. You can then pay online via VicRoads. Theres no need to get your renewal signed by an officer bearer in person.
